We don't just tell you what to fix. We fix it.

AI assistants answer travelers' questions about your hotel every day, and too often they lean on someone else's listing. AI Actions fixes that for you: it gathers your facts and uses only the ones you confirm, writes the pages that answer the questions you're losing, publishes them on your own domain in your brand, and keeps watch over them.

Named in 2 of 5 engines. Sources they cited: two OTA listings and a “10 best” roundup. Your own site: not cited.

A recommendation is still somebody’s homework.

Your dashboard shows the questions you're losing. Closing one still means writing a page, checking every fact, making it look like your site and getting it published, and a change to your website is often a ticket to your agency. Most hotel teams don't have the hours.

One-time setup. Then it runs itself.

  1. 01 · Set up

    Set up once

A one-time setup, guided by us start to finish, gives your pages their own place on your domain. No plugin, and nothing changes on your current website.

    Guided by Sigtrip
  2. 02 · Confirm

    Confirm your facts

We gather your facts from your website, Google profile and listings, and show where they disagree, conflicts first. Nothing we can’t confirm goes on a page.

An AI engine’s answer is never a source
  3. 03 · Review

    Review, or let it run

Each month we suggest pages tied to questions you’re losing. Approve a draft, edit it in a brand-locked editor, or, once you’ve accepted responsibility, let pages publish on their own.

    Review first is the default
  4. 04 · Live

    Live, and watched

Pages go live on your domain with booking built in. An automated reviewer checks every new or changed page within a day, and you can unpublish in minutes.

    Unpublish in minutes

It’s your name on the page. Every draft is checked first.

Every draft goes through five checks before you see it. Here's one, start to finish. When two of your sources disagree, the draft waits for you.

  1. Not run yet:

Every fact is one you’ve confirmed

12 of 12 facts link to your fact sheet.

  2. Not run yet:

    Your sources agree

Meeting space is listed differently in two places.

  3. Not run yet:

It says something only your hotel can

Answer first, specific, no filler. Drafts under the bar are rewritten at our cost.

  4. Not run yet:

    It looks like your site

Compared with three of your own pages, on phone and desktop.

  5. Not run yet:

    Ready for your review

Our agent never publishes a fact you haven’t confirmed, in any mode.

  • Only confirmed facts

Every claim points to a fact you’ve confirmed. An AI engine’s answer is never a source.

  • Looks like your site

Your fonts, colors and photos, in a brand-locked editor. Hand edits are always free.

  • The same page for guests and AI

No hidden version for bots. What an assistant reads is what your guests see.

  • Says how it was made

Every page notes that it was written with AI and its facts confirmed by your team.

  • Reviewed after it goes live

An automated reviewer checks every new or changed page within a day. You, or we, can unpublish in minutes.

  • Yours to keep

You own what you’ve paid for. Export every page and image at any time, including when you leave.

Every fix answers a question you’re losing.

Chosen from your own scan, never a generic city list. Each fix is a page on your domain, and every page ends with a way to book: live rates if you use AI Direct Bookings, your own booking engine if not.

  • Near a landmark or venue

“Which hotel is closest to the convention center?”

  • Meetings & occasions

“Hotel with meeting space for 80 downtown?”

  • Event

“Where should we stay for festival weekend?”

  • Traveler question

“Is the hotel dog-friendly, and is there a fee?”

  • Area guide

“Which part of town is best for a walkable weekend?”

  • Getting here

“How do I get from the airport without a car?”

Drafts, hidden layers, or agency hours. Or the fix, done for you.

Why 6 a month? It keeps every page specific to your hotel and inside search engines' rules on mass-produced content. Credit amounts are estimates; unused credits roll over one month. Need more? 5 credits for $125.

Questions hoteliers ask

Do I need to change my website?

No. After a one-time setup, which we guide, your new pages live on your own domain alongside your main site, and your main site stays exactly as it is. The pages link back to it and to your booking engine.

Does my marketing agency need to do anything?

No. Sigtrip handles all of it: fact checks, writing, design, publishing and review after launch. After the one-time setup, there’s nothing for your agency to build or maintain.

Who writes the pages?

An AI agent drafts each page from your confirmed facts and your scan data. Automated checks gate every draft (facts, sources, quality, look) and, unless you’ve switched on automatic publishing, you approve it. Once it’s live, an automated reviewer checks every new or changed page within a day; Sigtrip sees the findings and can fix or pull a page.

Will Google penalize AI-written pages?

Google’s rules target pages mass-produced to manipulate rankings without adding value, and content that borrows a site’s reputation. AI Actions pages are about your hotel, built from facts you’ve confirmed, limited to 6 a month, say how they were made, and show guests and AI the same thing. No one can promise how a search engine treats a page, and we don’t.

Where do the pages live?

On your own domain, next to your main site (for example guide.yourhotel.com), so nothing about your current website or CMS has to change. The pages point search engines at your domain and are listed in your sitemap.

Can I edit a page?

Yes, in a brand-locked editor, as often as you like, for free. Or describe the change in plain words and we’ll make it; that uses credits.

What happens when a fact changes?

We re-check your facts against your website and listings. When one changes, it comes back to you to confirm, and every live page that uses it is flagged for review. Update it by hand for free, or ask us to (that uses credits).

Do I need AI Direct Bookings?

No. Every page ends with a way to book: your own booking engine, or live rates on the page if you use Direct Bookings.

What if I cancel?

You own the content you’ve paid for. Export every page and image at any time, including when you leave.

Does it work for brand-managed hotels?

No. AI Actions is for hotels that control their own domain.

Which languages?

Any language your guests search in.

It's time to improve your AI visibility.
