Updated: Oct 16, 2026 These AI Terms apply to hotels, hotel groups and the people who use SigTrip on their behalf (“you”, “the hotel”) when they use any SigTrip feature that relies on artificial intelligence, including AI Visibility, AI Actions and AI Direct Bookings (the “AI Features”). They are provided by SigTrip, Inc. (“SigTrip”, “we”, “us”) and add to our [Terms of Use](https://sigtrip.com/terms-of-use/) . Where the two conflict on an AI Feature, these AI Terms apply. A signed agreement or order form between you and SigTrip takes precedence over both. By confirming the rights statement in the dashboard, turning on an AI Feature or continuing to use one, you accept these AI Terms on behalf of the hotel. ## 1. Definitions - Hotel Content — logos, photos, images, videos, fonts, trademarks, names, text, facts (such as amenities, policies, rates and opening hours) and any other material that you supply, that anyone at the hotel adds in the dashboard, or that SigTrip collects for the hotel under section 3. - AI Output — text, images, page layouts, structured data, translations, summaries, scores, recommendations and any other material generated or edited wholly or partly by AI models. - Hotel Pages — the web pages and machine-readable files SigTrip builds and publishes for the hotel, on a SigTrip domain or on a subdomain the hotel connects. ## 2. How We Use AI The AI Features use AI models from third-party providers together with SigTrip's own software to analyse information, and to write, edit, translate and generate content. AI Output can be inaccurate, incomplete, out of date or similar to output generated for others. We run automated checks, but we do not guarantee that any AI Output is accurate, complete, original or fit for a particular purpose. ## 3. Hotel Content We Collect for You To set up and keep your Hotel Pages current, SigTrip may collect, download and copy Hotel Content from the hotel's official website, from other official channels the hotel controls (such as its social media profiles and business listings), and from any source you point us to. You can remove any collected item, and add more, from the dashboard at any time. Hotel Content we collect is treated as Hotel Content you supplied. You confirm that you are authorised to act for the hotel, and that the hotel owns, or has permission to let SigTrip use, all Hotel Content, including collected content. If any item is not yours to give (for example, a photo licensed to the hotel only for its own website, or material owned by a third party), you must remove it from the dashboard or tell us straight away. ## 4. Your Licence to SigTrip The hotel grants SigTrip a royalty-free, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to collect, store, copy, resize, crop, compress, reformat, translate, edit, adapt, combine with AI Output, publish, display and distribute Hotel Content, in order to: - provide the AI Features to the hotel, including building, hosting and serving Hotel Pages; - make Hotel Pages available to AI systems, search engines and AI agents, including in the machine-readable files they read; and - generate AI Output for the hotel. SigTrip may let its hosting, storage, content-delivery and AI-model providers process Hotel Content for these purposes. ## 5. Removing Content and Ending Use Removing an item from the dashboard stops it being used on new pages. Hotel Pages that already use it may keep it, including when they are republished, restored or moved, until the page is changed to leave it out or is unpublished. The licence in section 4 continues for as long as any Hotel Page uses the item. When a Hotel Page is unpublished, we stop serving it from our hosting within a reasonable time. We cannot recall copies that others have already made — for example by AI systems, search engines, caches, web archives or people who saved the page — and we may keep copies in backups and records under our usual retention practices. The licence continues for those copies. ## 6. AI Output and AI-Generated Images SigTrip keeps all rights in its software, templates, designs, prompts and page structures. While the hotel is a customer in good standing, the hotel may use the AI Output on its Hotel Pages to promote the hotel. AI Output may not be protected by copyright, may resemble output generated for others, and SigTrip does not promise that it is unique or that you can register or enforce rights in it. Where an AI Feature generates or edits an image, the result is an illustration and may not show the property exactly as it is. SigTrip may label AI-generated or AI-edited material as such. You must not present an AI-generated image as a photograph of the property in a way that could mislead a guest. ## 7. Your Responsibility for What Is Published The hotel is solely responsible for Hotel Content and for everything published on its Hotel Pages, including facts such as rates, availability, amenities and policies, whether a page was approved by someone at the hotel or published automatically because the hotel turned on automatic publishing. You should review Hotel Pages, and the hotel can unpublish a page from the dashboard at any time. You must tell us promptly about any inaccuracy, complaint or claim concerning Hotel Content or a Hotel Page. ## 8. Our Right to Edit, Refuse and Remove SigTrip may, at any time and without liability, review, edit, decline to publish, unpublish or remove any Hotel Content, AI Output or Hotel Page — for example in response to a complaint, a legal claim, a question of accuracy or quality, or a breach of these AI Terms. SigTrip has no obligation to monitor or review Hotel Content or Hotel Pages. ## 9. Third-Party AI Platforms and AI Agents SigTrip does not control third-party AI assistants, search engines or AI agents, and does not guarantee that any of them will read, index, cite, rank or recommend the hotel or its Hotel Pages, or describe the hotel accurately. Visibility scores, rankings and recommendations in the AI Features are measurements and estimates based on sampled responses, not promises of future results. Where an AI Feature lets AI agents look up or book the hotel, reservations are made directly between the guest and the hotel, as described in our [Terms of Use](https://sigtrip.com/terms-of-use/) . SigTrip is not responsible for what third-party AI agents say or do, or for a booking error caused by information the hotel supplied. ## 10. Acceptable Use You must not use the AI Features to: - supply or publish content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory or misleading; - publish false claims about the hotel or others, fake reviews, or misleading prices; - impersonate another person, hotel or brand; or - break any law that applies to the hotel's marketing, including consumer-protection, advertising and price-display rules. ## 11. Indemnity The hotel will defend, indemnify and hold harmless SigTrip and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors and service providers from and against all claims, losses, damages, penalties, fines, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: Hotel Content, including content collected under section 3; anything published on Hotel Pages that the hotel approved or allowed to publish automatically; the hotel's breach of these AI Terms; or the hotel's violation of any law or third-party right. ## 12. Disclaimer The AI Features, AI Output and Hotel Pages are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SigTrip disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and any warranty about traffic, visibility, bookings or revenue. ## 13. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, SigTrip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, bookings, goodwill or data, arising out of or relating to the AI Features, AI Output or Hotel Pages. SigTrip's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the AI Features shall not exceed the fees the hotel paid SigTrip for the AI Feature giving rise to the claim in the three (3) months before the event that caused it, or one hundred US dollars (US$100) if no such fees were paid. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability; in such cases, liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. ## 14. Changes to These AI Terms We may update these AI Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted, and the “Updated” date above shows the latest version. Where a change affects a statement you confirmed in the dashboard, we may ask you to confirm it again before publishing continues. ## 15. Governing Law and Venue These AI Terms are governed by the same law, and disputes go to the same courts, as set out in our [Terms of Use](https://sigtrip.com/terms-of-use/) : the laws of the State of Delaware, and the state or federal courts located in Delaware. ## 16.
