title: "AI Actions — we fix what AI gets wrong about your hotel"
description: "The done-for-you fix for what AI Visibility finds: Sigtrip gathers a hotel's facts, uses only the ones the hotel confirms, and publishes pages on the hotel's own domain, in its brand, that answer the questions travelers ask AI assistants — checked before publishing, and reviewed within a day of going live or changing."

# We don't just tell you what to fix. We fix it.

AI assistants answer travelers' questions about your hotel every day, and too often they
lean on someone else's listing. AI Actions fixes that for you: it gathers your facts and
uses only the ones you confirm, writes the pages that answer the questions you're losing,
publishes them on your own domain in your brand, and keeps watch over them.

## Why the hotel's own pages matter

- **1 in 2** times ChatGPT recommends a hotel, it doesn’t cite the hotel’s own website. (Sigtrip AI Hotel Ranking · ChatGPT · 18 US markets · 21,160 answers · Aug–Sep 2026)
- **81%** of the times it does cite a hotel’s site, it’s for location or amenity facts. (Same census · 73,222 hotel-site citations by intent)
- **66%** of AI answers about booking a hotel point to a third-party site (an OTA, Google Hotels or Kayak), usually alongside the hotel’s own. (Sigtrip scans · 9,627 answers · 30 hotels · May–Sep 2026)

## How it works

1. **Set up once.** A one-time setup, guided by Sigtrip start to finish, gives the pages
their own place on the hotel's domain. No plugin; the current website does not change.
2. **Confirm your facts.** Sigtrip gathers the hotel's facts from its website, Google
profile and listings and shows where they disagree, conflicts first. Nothing that
can't be confirmed goes on a page, and an AI engine's answer is never a source.
3. **Review, or let it run.** Each month Sigtrip suggests pages tied to questions the
hotel is losing. The hotel approves a draft, edits it in a brand-locked editor, or,
once it has accepted responsibility, lets pages publish on their own. Review first is
   the default.
4. **Live, and watched.** Pages go live on the hotel's domain with booking built in. An
automated reviewer checks every new or changed page within a day, and a page can be
   unpublished in minutes.

## Every draft goes through five checks

- Every fact is one the hotel has confirmed.
- The hotel's own sources agree. When two disagree, the draft waits for the hotel.
- It says something only that hotel can. Drafts under the bar are rewritten at Sigtrip's
  cost.
- It looks like the hotel's own site, compared on phone and desktop.
- Sigtrip's agent never publishes a fact the hotel hasn't confirmed, in any mode.

Guests and AI read the same page (no bot-only version), every page says it was written
with AI and its facts confirmed by the hotel's team, and the hotel can export every page
and image at any time, including when it leaves.

## Price

$499 per hotel per month, an add-on to Pro ($698 all-in).
It includes up to 6 new pages a month and 8 credits a month for AI work
(a new page is about 1 credit, an AI change to a live page about 0.2).
Hand edits are free and unlimited. Unused credits roll over one month; more credits
(5 for $125) are approved by the hotel before anything runs. There are no
overage bills.

## What it does not promise

No ranking or score, and no overnight results: new pages take weeks to be found and read.
No promise that AI will quote any particular page, no unlimited pages, and no tricks —
no bot-only pages, no llms.txt promises.

## Questions hoteliers ask

**Do I need to change my website?** No. After a one-time setup, which we guide, your new pages live on your own domain alongside your main site, and your main site stays exactly as it is. The pages link back to it and to your booking engine.

**Does my marketing agency need to do anything?** No. Sigtrip handles all of it: fact checks, writing, design, publishing and review after launch. After the one-time setup, there’s nothing for your agency to build or maintain.

**Who writes the pages?** An AI agent drafts each page from your confirmed facts and your scan data. Automated checks gate every draft (facts, sources, quality, look) and, unless you’ve switched on automatic publishing, you approve it. Once it’s live, an automated reviewer checks every new or changed page within a day; Sigtrip sees the findings and can fix or pull a page.

**Will Google penalize AI-written pages?** Google’s rules target pages mass-produced to manipulate rankings without adding value, and content that borrows a site’s reputation. AI Actions pages are about your hotel, built from facts you’ve confirmed, limited to 6 a month, say how they were made, and show guests and AI the same thing. No one can promise how a search engine treats a page, and we don’t.

**Where do the pages live?** On your own domain, next to your main site (for example guide.yourhotel.com), so nothing about your current website or CMS has to change. The pages point search engines at your domain and are listed in your sitemap.

**Can I edit a page?** Yes, in a brand-locked editor, as often as you like, for free. Or describe the change in plain words and we’ll make it; that uses credits.

**What happens when a fact changes?** We re-check your facts against your website and listings. When one changes, it comes back to you to confirm, and every live page that uses it is flagged for review. Update it by hand for free, or ask us to (that uses credits).

**Do I need AI Direct Bookings?** No. Every page ends with a way to book: your own booking engine, or live rates on the page if you use Direct Bookings.

**What if I cancel?** You own the content you’ve paid for. Export every page and image at any time, including when you leave.

**Does it work for brand-managed hotels?** No. AI Actions is for hotels that control their own domain.

**Which languages?** Any language your guests search in.
